had supper here at Franks tonight, the whole crew was here, a mighty fine meal.
Discussed some logistics for Friday nights.
This Friday is our last week of previews before the grand opening March 11th. Hope to see you there.
update: was having a bit of a problem with Franks laptop and wireless connection, and my original post got lost, bummer.
Menu was as follows:
- Rutbaga bisque in a bread bowl (bread bought at the Rocky Point Bakery)
- Salad with oil and balsamic vinegar (could've used a splash more vinegar, Judy)
- steamed zuchinni
- skirt steak flame grilled, sprinkled with adobe seasoning
- smashed potatoes
- carmalized onions
- cheesecake, fresh fruit, and some other pastry (I declined on all)
- strong coffee
So I think the implementation of The Lamp Post is on solid ground, and I look forward to its' growth and impact, both on our community, and those who serve.
